2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into bite-size pieces
1 lb pork liver, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups tomato sauce
4 cups water or broth
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 carrot, cubed
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup green peas
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 bay leaves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup raisins
Heat oil in a pot
Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant
Add pork and cook until lightly browned
Add soy sauce and fish sauce
Pour in tomato sauce and water or broth
Add bay leaves, salt, pepper, and sugar
Simmer until pork is tender
Add potatoes and carrots
Cook until vegetables are tender
Add pork liver, bell pepper, peas, and raisins
Simmer until liver is cooked through
Adjust seasoning as needed
Serve hot
