How To Make Mexican Corn?

4 cups corn kernels

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream

1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt to taste

Chopped cilantro for garnish

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat

Add corn and cook until warmed and lightly browned

Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream

Add lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt

Mix well to coat the corn

Remove from heat

Top with cotija cheese and cilantro

Serve immediately
