How To Make Tostada Chips?

Heat 1/4 to 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat

Cut corn tortillas into triangles or leave them whole

Fry tortillas in the hot oil until crisp and golden, about 1 to 2 minutes per side

Remove with tongs and drain on paper towels

Sprinkle with salt while still warm

Let cool completely before serving or storing
