How To Make Mushroom Sabji?

Wash and slice 250 g mushrooms

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan

Add 1 tsp cumin seeds

Add 1 chopped onion and sauté until golden

Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute

Add 1 chopped tomato and cook until soft

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Add 1 tsp red chili powder

Add 1 tsp coriander powder

Add salt to taste

Cook मसाला until oil separates

Add sliced mushrooms and mix well

Cook on medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes

Add 2 tbsp water if needed

Add 1/2 tsp garam masala

Add chopped coriander leaves

Mix and cook for 1 minute

Serve hot with roti or rice
