Crush the neem seeds or grind the neem leaves into a coarse paste
Add a small amount of water if needed to help form the paste
Place the paste in a bowl and let it sit for several hours
Add warm water and mix well
Strain the mixture through a cloth or fine strainer
Collect the liquid and let it rest so the oil separates
Skim off the oil layer from the top
Store the neem oil in a clean, dry, airtight container
Keep the container in a cool, dark place
