Start with a rectangular sheet of paper
Fold it in half lengthwise
Unfold it
Fold the left and right edges to the center crease
Fold the top corners down to form a triangle
Fold the triangle edges inward to make a smaller shape
Fold the bottom part upward to create the frog body
Fold the lower corners outward to form the back legs
Fold the top flaps downward to form the front legs
Fold the bottom edge upward to make the jumping base
Fold the lower part back on itself to create the spring
Press all creases firmly
Flip the frog over
Press down on the back to make it jump
