Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl
Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
Stir until just combined
Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat
Pour batter onto the skillet in small circles
Cook until bubbles form on the surface
Flip the pancakes
Cook until the other side is golden brown
Remove the pancakes from the skillet
Repeat with the remaining batter
Serve warm
