How To Make Parmesan Crisps?

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat

Grate Parmesan cheese finely

Spoon small mounds of cheese onto the baking sheet, leaving space between them

Flatten each mound slightly into thin circles

Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and crisp

Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes

Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely

Serve or store in an airtight container once fully cooled
