Clean and dry the base material
Cut decorative paper, fabric, or colored sheet to fit the outside
Apply glue evenly to the outer surface
Wrap the material around the container and press firmly
Trim any excess material from the top and bottom edges
Let the glue dry completely
Decorate with stickers, ribbon, paint, or markers if desired
Add a layer of tape or clear coating for durability if needed
Place pens, pencils, markers, or scissors inside the holder
