How To Make Pepper Jelly?

Wash and dry peppers

Remove stems and seeds

Finely chop peppers

Combine chopped peppers, vinegar, and sugar in a pot

Bring mixture to a boil

Stir in pectin

Boil for the time listed on the pectin package

Skim off foam if needed

Pour hot jelly into sterilized jars

Leave proper headspace

Wipe jar rims

Seal with lids and rings

Process jars in a boiling water bath if required

Let jars cool completely

Check seals

Store in a cool, dark place
