How To Make Pineapple Upside Down Cake?

In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just smooth

Pour the batter evenly over the pineapple layer

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

Cool the cake in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes
