How to Make Pork Chops in a Crock Pot?

Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

Optional: sear pork chops in a skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side

Place sliced onions or potatoes in the bottom of the crock pot if desired

Arrange pork chops in a single layer in the crock pot

Mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and a little Worcestershire sauce or gravy mix if desired

Pour the mixture over the pork chops

Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours

Check that the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F

Remove pork chops carefully and let rest a few minutes

Serve with the crock pot sauce spooned over the top
