Rinse the rice thoroughly
Drain the rice completely
Spread the rice in a thin layer on a clean tray
Dry the rice in direct sunlight or in a low-temperature oven until fully dry
Grind the dried rice into a fine powder using a blender, grinder, or food processor
Sift the powder through a fine mesh sieve
Regrind any coarse particles and sift again
Store the rice flour in an airtight container
