Use a plastic bottle
Fill the bottle partially with water
Insert a cork or rubber stopper that fits tightly
Attach the bottle upside down to a launch stand
Pump air into the bottle through the stopper
Release the bottle so the pressurized air and water propel it upward
Keep people clear of the launch area
Wear eye protection
Launch only in an open outdoor space
Do not use glass bottles or flammable materials
