Press Alt + PrtScn to capture the active window
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool on Windows
Press Windows + PrtScn to capture and save the full screen on Windows
Open Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch and select the area to capture
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 3 to capture the full screen
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 4 to capture a selected area
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 5 to open screenshot options
Paste the screenshot into Paint, Photos, or another app if needed
Save the screenshot after capturing it
