How To Make Soy Candles?

Gather soy wax flakes, candle wicks, wick stickers or glue, a heat-safe pouring pitcher, a thermometer, fragrance oil or essential oil, dye if desired, containers or molds, and a stirring utensil

Secure the wick in the center of the container or mold

Measure the soy wax needed for your container or mold

Melt the soy wax using a double boiler or microwave until fully liquid

Heat the wax to the recommended pouring temperature for the wax you are using

Add fragrance oil and dye if desired

Stir gently and thoroughly

Pour the wax into the container or mold slowly

Keep the wick centered while the wax cools

Let the candle cool and harden completely

Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting

Allow the candle to cure for the recommended time before use
