Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes
Slice the sweet potatoes very thinly and evenly
Pat the slices dry with a paper towel
Toss the slices with a little oil
Add salt or any desired seasoning
Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet
Bake for 15 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through
Remove chips when edges are crisp and lightly browned
Let the chips cool before serving
