How To Make Turkey Stuffing?

Preheat the oven to 350°F

Cube or tear 8 cups of bread and dry it out slightly

Melt 1/2 cup butter in a skillet

Add 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped celery stalks

Cook until softened

Stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons dried sage, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Place the bread in a large bowl

Add the cooked onion and celery mixture

Add 2 beaten eggs

Pour in 2 to 3 cups chicken or turkey broth gradually

Mix until evenly moistened

Add chopped parsley if desired

Transfer to a greased baking dish

Cover with foil

Bake for 30 minutes

Uncover and bake for 15 to 20 minutes more until golden on top
