Use raw honey
Pour honey into a clean mixing bowl or stand mixer bowl
If the honey is crystallized, gently warm it until smooth and fully liquid
Let the honey cool to room temperature
Add a small amount of finely crystallized honey or starter whipped honey if available
Beat the honey on low to medium speed
Continue mixing until the honey becomes lighter, thicker, and creamy
Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed
Transfer the whipped honey into a clean jar
Seal the jar tightly
Store at room temperature
Keep away from heat and direct sunlight
Stir gently before use if needed
