Back up your files if needed
Plug in the charger
Open Settings
Go to System
Select Recovery
Under Reset this PC, click Reset PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Select Local reinstall or Cloud download
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the reset
If Windows will not start, turn off the notebook
Turn it on and press F9 repeatedly
Select Troubleshoot
Select Reset this PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the reset
If using ASUS recovery tools, turn off the notebook
Turn it on and press F2 repeatedly to enter BIOS if needed
Use the ASUS recovery option if available
Follow the recovery prompts to restore the notebook to factory settings
