Identify your ASUS motherboard or laptop model
Visit the official ASUS Support website
Search for your exact model
Open the Drivers and Tools or Support section
Download the latest BIOS file for your model
Extract the downloaded BIOS file if it is compressed
Copy the BIOS file to a FAT32-formatted USB flash drive
Restart the computer and enter BIOS by pressing Del or F2
Open ASUS EZ Flash Utility in the BIOS
Select the USB drive and choose the BIOS file
Confirm the BIOS update
Wait until the update completes and the system restarts
Do not turn off the computer during the update
Load optimized defaults in BIOS after the update if needed
Save changes and exit BIOS
Verify the BIOS version after reboot
