Download the correct BIOS update file for your ASUS motherboard or laptop from the official ASUS Support website
Extract the downloaded file if it is in a ZIP archive
Copy the BIOS file to a USB flash drive formatted as FAT32
Restart the computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI setup by pressing the required key during startup
Open the ASUS BIOS update utility such as EZ Flash
Select the USB drive and choose the BIOS file
Confirm the update and wait until the process is complete
Do not turn off the computer or remove power during the update
Allow the system to restart automatically after the update finishes
Enter BIOS again if needed and load default settings
Save changes and exit BIOS
