How To Make Yogurt With Instant Pot?

Pour milk into the Instant Pot inner pot

Press the Yogurt button

Select Boil

Heat the milk to 180°F to 185°F

Remove the inner pot and let the milk cool to 110°F to 115°F

Whisk in 2 to 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt with live active cultures

Return the inner pot to the Instant Pot

Press the Yogurt button

Set the incubation time to 8 to 12 hours

Let the yogurt culture undisturbed

Check the yogurt for thickness and tanginess

Refrigerate the yogurt for at least 4 hours

Stir before serving

Save a small amount as starter for the next batch
