Open Roblox and go to Settings
Select the Avatar tab
Find Avatar Type
Change it to R6
Save the setting
Open a game that supports R6
If the game forces R15, you cannot use R6 there
If needed, change the game’s avatar settings in Roblox Studio to allow R6
Rejoin the game to apply the change
