Open Roblox and sign in
Go to the Create page
Select Avatar Items
Choose T-Shirts
Click Create or Upload
Prepare a square image file
Make sure the image meets Roblox requirements
Upload the image
Enter a name for the T-shirt
Pay the required upload fee if prompted
Wait for moderation approval
Equip the T-shirt on your avatar after approval
