Sign in to YouTube
Click your profile picture
Select YouTube Studio
Click Content
Find the video you want to make private
Click the visibility icon or the pencil/edit icon
Select Private
Save the changes
To upload a new private video, choose Private under Visibility during upload
To share a private video, add specific Google accounts under Share privately
To make multiple videos private, select them in YouTube Studio and change visibility to Private
