Open Gmail
Sign in to your account
In the search bar, type `is:unread`
Press Enter
Click the checkbox at the top left to select all visible unread emails
Click the link that says `Select all conversations that match this search` if it appears
Click the `Mark as read` icon in the toolbar
Confirm if prompted
