Use a soft measuring tape
Place the tape around the widest part of your head
Position it just above your eyebrows and ears
Keep the tape level all the way around
Pull the tape snug, not tight
Read the measurement where the tape overlaps
Measure in centimeters or inches
Repeat once or twice for accuracy
Use the largest measurement if results differ
