Endorse the back of the check with your signature
Write “For mobile deposit only” if your bank requires it
Open your bank’s mobile app
Sign in to your account
Select the mobile deposit option
Choose the account to deposit into
Enter the check amount
Take clear photos of the front and back of the check
Make sure all corners are visible and the images are readable
Review the deposit details
Submit the deposit
Wait for confirmation from the bank
Keep the check until the deposit clears
Mark the check as deposited or destroy it after the bank confirms it is processed
