Select the row or rows you want to move
Press Ctrl+X to cut
Click the row number where you want to move the cut row above
Right-click the selected row number
Choose Insert Cut Cells
To move by dragging, hover over the selection border until the cursor changes
Hold Shift and drag the row to the new location
Release the mouse button
To move multiple rows, select all desired rows first
Use Cut and Insert Cut Cells to place them in the new position
Save the workbook after moving the rows
