Click the Start menu or search bar
Type Excel
Select Microsoft Excel from the results
Double-click the Excel icon on the desktop if available
Open a workbook by double-clicking an .xlsx file
Use the taskbar icon if Excel is pinned there
Open Excel from the Microsoft Office folder in the Start menu
