Note current RAM speed, timings, and voltage
Increase memory frequency one step at a time
Boot into the operating system
Test stability after each change
If stable, increase frequency again
If unstable, raise DRAM voltage slightly within safe limits
Tighten timings gradually if desired
Adjust command rate if needed
Keep CPU memory controller voltage within safe limits if required
Save each stable profile in BIOS/UEFI
Run extended memory stress tests
Monitor temperatures during testing
Revert the last change if errors or crashes occur
Clear CMOS if the system fails to boot
Keep a record of stable settings
