Make sure Bluetooth is turned on your iPhone
Keep the AirPods in their charging case and open the lid
Hold the AirPods case near your iPhone
Wait for the setup animation to appear on the iPhone screen
Tap Connect
Follow any on-screen instructions
Tap Done when pairing is complete
If needed, open Control Center and confirm Bluetooth is active
