Press the parry button just before the attack would hit
Time the parry to the weapon’s impact, not the start of the swing
Keep practicing on slow, predictable enemies
Use a medium or small shield with a parry skill for easier timing
Avoid parrying heavy, delayed, or multi-hit attacks
After a successful parry, move in for a critical hit
