How To Play Bunco?

Gather 12 players, 3 tables, 4 players per table

Set up one bell, three dice per table, score sheets, pencils, and a Bunco table marker

Assign players to tables and seat partners across from each other

Choose one table as the head table

Decide the round number, starting with round 1

At each table, one player rolls all three dice

On each turn, roll the dice and try to match the current round number

Score 1 point for each die that matches the round number

Score 21 points for rolling three of a kind that matches the round number, called a Bunco

Keep rolling and scoring until the roller does not score any points

Pass the dice to the next player clockwise after a non-scoring roll

At the end of each round, players at each table compare scores

The player with the most points at a table wins that round at that table

The player with the most Bunco wins at a table if there is a tie

The player with the fewest points moves to the next table

The player with the most points stays at the same table and moves to the next round

The player with the middle score stays at the same table and changes seats with a new partner

Rotate all players according to the round results

Move to the next round number after each round

Continue until all rounds are completed

Count total points, Buncos, mini Buncos, wins, and losses if using those scoring categories

The player with the highest total score at the end wins

Use house rules if your group has different scoring or rotation rules
