Each player starts with the same number of dice
Shake your dice in a cup or hidden in your hand
Roll the dice secretly so only you can see them
On your turn, make a bid about how many dice of a certain face value are showing among all players
The next player must either raise the bid or challenge it
To raise the bid, increase the quantity, increase the face value, or both
A challenge means the player thinks the previous bid is false
Reveal all dice after a challenge
If the bid was correct, the challenger loses a die
If the bid was incorrect, the bidder loses a die
Remove lost dice from play
Continue taking turns and bidding
The last player with at least one die remaining wins
