How To Play Dutch Blitz?

Shuffle the deck and deal 4 face-up piles to each player, with 1, 2, 3, and 4 cards in each pile

Place the remaining cards face down as each player’s Blitz pile

Turn the top card of each Blitz pile face up to start the game

Keep your own 4 piles in front of you and your Blitz pile to the side

Play cards from your face-up piles or Blitz pile onto the center piles in ascending order by color

Start each center pile with a 1, then continue with 2, 3, and so on up to 10

Only play a card if it matches the color of the center pile and is exactly one number higher

Move cards from your face-up piles by uncovering the next card underneath after playing one

Turn over the next card from your Blitz pile whenever the top card is played

Play as fast as possible; there are no turns

Only one card may be played at a time

If you cannot play, rearrange your face-up piles or wait for a new play

When your Blitz pile is empty, shout that you are out

The round ends when one player empties their Blitz pile

Count points based on cards left in your Blitz pile and cards played to the center

Keep score over multiple rounds until someone reaches the agreed winning total
