Deal 10 cards to each player
Place the remaining cards face down as the draw pile
Turn the top card of the draw pile face up to start the discard pile
Try to complete the current phase before moving to the next one
A phase is a specific set of cards, such as sets, runs, or color groups
On your turn, draw one card from the draw pile or discard pile
If you can complete your phase, lay it down on the table
After laying down your phase, you may add cards to any laid-down phases that match
End your turn by discarding one card onto the discard pile
If you complete your phase and discard your last card, you finish the round
Players who do not complete their phase score points from the cards left in their hand
Number cards score their face value
Skip cards score 15 points
Wild cards score 25 points
The winner of the round is the player who goes out first
After each round, players move to the next phase if they completed the current one
If you do not complete the phase, you must repeat it in the next round
The game ends when a player completes Phase 10
The player with the lowest total score at the end wins
