Deal 7 cards to each player
Place the remaining cards face down as the draw pile
Flip the top card to start the discard pile
Take turns in order
Match the top discard card by color, number, or symbol
If you cannot match, draw one card
If the drawn card can be played, you may play it
Play action cards when allowed
Skip makes the next player lose a turn
Reverse changes the direction of play
Draw Two makes the next player draw 2 cards and lose a turn
Wild lets you choose the next color
Wild Draw Four lets you choose the next color and makes the next player draw 4 cards and lose a turn
Say UNO when you have one card left
If another player catches you before the next turn, draw 2 cards
Win by playing your last card first
