Fill the microwave egg poacher with water to the indicated level
Lightly grease the poaching cups if needed
Crack one egg into each poaching cup
Pierce each yolk gently with a fork or toothpick if desired
Cover the poacher with its lid
Microwave on medium or high for 30 to 60 seconds
Check the eggs and continue microwaving in 10 to 15 second intervals until set
Let the poacher sit for 30 seconds after microwaving
Remove the eggs carefully with a spoon
Season and serve immediately
