Open YouTube in a web browser on your PC
Start playing the video you want
Right-click the video twice
Click Picture in picture
Drag the floating window to the desired position
Resize the floating window if needed
Keep the video on top while using other apps
To close it, click the X on the floating window or return to the tab and stop Picture in picture
