Sign in to your YouTube account
Open a video you want to add to a playlist
Click the Save button below the video
Select Create new playlist
Enter a playlist name
Choose the privacy setting
Click Create
To add more videos, click Save on each video and select the playlist
To manage playlists, go to Library
Open your playlist to edit, reorder, or remove videos
