Carry valid ID proof and address proof
Provide the UPC code and your Jio mobile number to Airtel
Complete the Airtel porting request form
Choose prepaid or postpaid Airtel plan
Keep your Jio SIM active until porting is completed
Insert the Airtel SIM after the porting process is approved
Wait for the SIM activation message from Airtel
Restart your phone after activation
Verify network signal and make a test call or send an SMS
Ensure any pending Jio dues are cleared before porting
Use the new Airtel SIM only after Jio service stops working and Airtel service starts
