Download the YouTube video you want to share, if you have the rights to use it
Trim the video to fit Instagram’s format
Convert the video to a supported Instagram file type if needed
Open Instagram and tap the plus icon
Select Post, Reel, or Story
Choose the video from your gallery
Edit the video if needed
Add a caption, hashtags, and tags
Tap Share to publish it
