Powerwash your Chromebook: Sign out of your Chromebook
Press and hold the Esc + Refresh keys
While holding Esc + Refresh, press the Power button
Release the keys when the recovery screen appears
Select Powerwash (or Restart, then Powerwash)
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm Powerwash
Sign in again with your Google Account after the reset completes
