How To Prepare A Mango?

Wash the mango under running water

Dry it with a clean towel

Place it on a cutting board

Slice off both sides of the mango around the pit

Score the flesh of each half in a grid pattern without cutting through the skin

Turn the skin inside out to expose the cubes

Cut the cubes away from the skin

Peel the remaining flesh from around the pit

Cut the mango into slices, cubes, or desired pieces

Serve or use as needed
