Remove the brie from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes
Keep the rind on
Place the brie on a serving plate or cheese board
Slice a small wedge if serving plain
Serve with crackers, bread, fruit, nuts, or jam
If baking, preheat the oven to 350°F
Place the brie in a baking dish or on parchment-lined baking sheet
Score the top rind lightly if desired
Add toppings if desired
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until soft and warm
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving
Cut and serve with a knife or spread directly onto bread or crackers
