Peel fresh garlic cloves
Slice the cloves thinly and evenly
Spread the slices in a single layer on a tray
Dry the slices completely using a dehydrator or oven on low heat
Let the dried garlic cool fully
Grind the dried garlic into a fine powder
Sift the powder to remove larger pieces
Regrind any coarse pieces if needed
Store the garlic powder in an airtight container
Keep it in a cool, dry place
