Check doneness:

Flake easily with a fork

Internal temperature reaches 125°F to 130°F (52°C to 54°C) for medium or 135°F (57°C) for firmer

Rest 2 minutes before serving

Optional glaze (apply last 2–3 minutes or during final cooking time):

Honey-soy, maple-balsamic, teriyaki, or lemon-garlic butter
