Use Helminth to subsume one Warframe ability onto another Warframe
Unlock the Helminth system in the Helminth Infirmary on your Orbiter
Rank a Warframe to max level before subsuming it
Feed the selected Warframe into Helminth to learn one of its abilities
Choose a compatible Warframe to receive the subsumed ability
Open the Helminth ability menu and select the learned ability
Replace one of the target Warframe’s existing abilities with the subsumed ability
Apply the ability and confirm the infusion
Use ability mods, strength, duration, range, and efficiency to tune the combined build
Use Augments if the ability supports them
Combine abilities by casting them in sequence during missions
Use Helminth abilities alongside the Warframe’s native abilities
Equip arcanes, shards, and mods that support the chosen ability combo
Test the setup in Simulacrum or low-level missions
Rebuild the loadout if energy cost, cooldowns, or synergy feel weak
